Robert Hawley is the CEO of the SIS Group of Companies.  Robert started SIS Global in the early 90s in Europe and grew the business by delivering business solutions to large multinationals in emerging markets. In the early 2000s Rob returned to his home-country, South Africa and delivered on his goal of creating an award winning solution provider.

As an entrepreneurial visionary Rob spotted a gap in the market for a company that could deliver on an end to end Microsoft business solution for industries. This vision led to the acquisition of a managed service provider, myMSP to deliver an outsourced IT offering that would allow organisations to concentrate on their core business without the need for additional resources to manage their fast evolving IT needs. To ensure a strong focus on research and development Rob started a product house, Software Innovation Solutions to develop products to further support the group offering. The innovation is primarily focused on human capital solutions.

Alasdair Hawley is the Managing Director of SIS Global. Alasdair was Commercial Manager for a large construction group, where he was responsible for Contract negotiations, pricing structures, profitability analysis, estimating principles and group performance, as well as implementation of ISO9002 and other Quality standards.

At SIS Alasdair is involved in delivery of high-level business consulting projects, and has been involved in a broad spectrum of implementation areas. He has vast expertise over numerous industries.

Alasdair’s primary strengths lie in Project Management, ERP-related Consulting, as well as Process Re-engineering.  He has strong commercial expertise in Service Level Agreements, Commercial Modeling, Contract Negotiation and Pricing.  He is and excellent Relationship Manager and the ability to build lasting business relationships, and foster a deep understanding of the client environment.
